Classic Selections
You have a choice of two to three selections of the following wines with all of our Bar Packages. If you are interested in additional wine selections, see below.Our "House" Red, White and Rose are made by Vallevo, an Italian winemaker from the Abruzzo region of Italy. They are quite good, particularly for the price. We carry their red Montepulciano, their white Trebbiano and their rose Cerrasuolo.
If you are looking for a more traditional single varietal, we also carry Backstory as a House option. These are California wines in several varietals: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

And finally, for a few more options we offer many of the sustainably produced wines of the McManis Family Vineyards. For whites they offer a Chardonnay, Viognier, and a Pinot Grigio; for reds they feature a Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petite Sirah, Pinot Noir and a Zinfandel.
Curated California Wine Selections
These are some of our most favorite wines. So much so that the following are almost all offered in our restaurants. Like everything we serve, we chose these wines because we honestly enjoy them all. There is no filler here. All of these wines are from California because we believe in showcasing what this great state has to offer when it comes to wine. Choosing two to three selections from the list below instead of the wines from the Classic Package will cost an additional $2 per person.
RED
Zinfandel Blend - Tierra Divina, Lodi
A blend of Zin, Carignane and Petite Sirah. A sexy, medium-bodied, darkly opulent wine with a lighter finish.
Pinot Noir- Carneros Highway, Sonoma
Medium-bodied with light tannins, bright strawberry and hibiscus on the nose with a bit of sandalwood and medium acid.

Cabernet Sauvignon - Michael Pozzan Annabella, Napa
A food-friendly, easy drinking wine with medium tannins and a gorgeous dark red color.
WHITE
A little jasmine on the nose, a little citrus on the tongue, soft with a hint of oak
Light bodied with notes of fresh grapefruit and lemon which produce a pleasant acidity.
OTHER
Wild flowers in Summertime, a little dry yet with notes of bright fruit and a full bodied mouthfeel.

As you know the world of wine is infinite. If you have a particular style or winery you love, please do not hesitate to ask. And while our focus is on California, that doesn't mean we cannot get wines from all over the world. We work with about eight different wine distributors, big and small, and have access to thousands of wines.
Below is just a sampling of some of the more well known wines and how much more they would be as part of a package. Please note, when choosing upgraded wines, they replace the wines in the Classic package. These are all subject to availability and we may offer other options to replace suggestions here.
