There are several ways to offer Champagne at your next event with us.
Champagne at the Bar
Champagne can be a selection on your Bar replacing another wine. If this is the case, there is no extra charge.
In the CLASSIC PACKAGE you have a choice of Michele Sparkling, Silver Cap Blanc de Blanc Brut or Astoria Prosecco.
In the CALIFORNIA PACKAGE that would be the Scharffenberfer Sparkling from Mendocino, one of the the Sparkling Wines we serve in our restaurant. It’s both both soft and dry with notes of honey and pear.
Champagne Toasts
If you’re looking for champagne toasts we offer those in a few varieties as well:
* Tray Passed
* Served as Guests Enter a New Space
Each of these are available as add-ons to a Package with an additional cost of $5.00 per person. This includes the glassware. Please note, if there are servers involved in passing out the toasts, there is an additional charge for their time, of $25 per hour, per server, with a three-hour minimum for their time. Choose from Michele Sparkling, Silver Cap Blanc de Blanc Brut or Astoria Prosecco.
If you'd like the Champagne Toast served at the Dinner Table, the cost for the following selections (Michele Sparkling, Silver Cap Blanc de Blanc Brut or Astoria Prosecco) is $4.00 per person but does not include glassware. That should be ordered through your Caterer.
If you'd like to upgrade your Sparkling Wine Selection, the price will be determined upon selection and will be charged per person.
